Dr. Nigel Lin's journey epitomizes academic excellence, technological innovation, and transformative leadership. Graduating from Tamkang University with degrees spanning computer science and information engineering, Nigel's pioneering spirit earned him international recognition, including the prestigious Brandon Hall Research bronze award for his work on Innovative Technology for Pocket SCORM.
Transitioning to the professional realm, Nigel joined Auto-Chlor System, a commercial dishwasher company initially comprising 18 branches and fewer than 200 employees. His tenure began as a software engineer, where he spearheaded groundbreaking projects, such as developing the company's first internal Windows Mobile route accounting system.
Nigel's innovative contributions quickly propelled him to the position of Director of Information. In this role, he led the rearchitecture of the company's internal systems, driving technological innovation and facilitating significant business growth. Recognizing his visionary leadership, Nigel was appointed Chief Technology Officer in 2022, entrusted with shaping the company's information technology landscape.
Under his stewardship, Auto-Chlor System flourished, expanding to 70 branches nationwide with over 1000 employees. Nigel's commitment to nurturing talent extended beyond the corporate realm, serving as an adjunct lecturer at Santa Clara University since 2016.
