An error message box pop up with c1030af1 error when you try to open public folder through Exchange System Manager. The problem was caused by the Exadmin folder in IIS has SSL enabled. By removing the SSL enable check box from Directory Security in IIS Manager for the OWA site, this fix the public folder unable to be displayed issue.
